The CFF team wanted to offer information to the CFF community in a more personalized and seamless way, because their organization’s mission is to “cure cystic fibrosis (CF) and to provide all people with CF the opportunity to lead long, fulfilling lives by funding research and drug development, partnering with the CF community and advancing high-quality, specialized care."

▶ Develop a list of 5 different CMS platform options, summarizing the value of each using a scoring system.

▶ Show how each platform would integrate with their current technology stack, and meet support staff’s needs who work with the system. 

▶ Break down the cost of each platform, especially since the CFF focuses its funds on the CFF community. 

The CFF team chose an open-source content management system, at half the cost of their current CMS, affording them all the flexibility and personalization they’d hoped for.
