The American Society of Hematology is the world's largest professional society serving both clinicians and scientists around the world who are working to conquer blood diseases. Comprised of over 16,000 members from over 100 companies, the nonprofit association is dedicated to the treatment, education, and prevention of blood-related disorders.

Challenge

The American Society of Hematology member experience was hampered by outdated and disconnected marketing technologies, which caused siloed data, a slow time-to-market, and significant overhead costs for ongoing maintenance. Without any critical insights into the data being collected, the result was a disjointed member experience that lacked a single-view of the customer.
