GeekHive is looking to expand its team and has opportunities for front-end software developers for both on-site and remote work. Think we can build beautiful things together?

In this role, you will be joining a team where we will coordinate with design agencies and technical partners to implement user interfaces in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. We use various different environment configurations and languages.  The technologies we use will vary depending on the clients’ needs and target platforms for the project.

While the ability to design is not a requirement, knowledge of user interface best practices will be exceedingly helpful.

What we're looking for from you:

Successful candidates will posses:
  • HTML
  • CSS
  • JavaScript (ES2015+)
  • Developing responsive websites or web applications
  • Common JavaScript libraries/frameworks
    • React
    • AngularJS
    • jQuery

Not Required, but Desired:

  • Experience with CSS Architectures
    • BEM
    • OOCSS
    • SMACSS
  • Experience with CSS Pre/Post-processors
    • LESS
    • Sass
  • Node.js development
  • Mobile application development
    • React Native would be a significant nice to have!
