Today marks the fourth annual Customer Experience (CX) Day, and this year we’re excited to join in the celebration!  CX Day is a global celebration of companies and people who are committed to delivering the highest-quality experiences possible to their customers.  It was created by the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), the premier global non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement and cultivation of the Customer Experience profession.

 

A Big Thank You to our Valued Partners

This year we have focused a lot of energy internally on better understanding and improving upon customer experience for our partners.  CX Day gives us a perfect opportunity to celebrate not only the great work our team is doing with this, but also to acknowledge and thank these valuable partners for the trust they put in us to help them succeed on their most important projects.

 

While we strive to enhance the total experience we are offering, we never want to lose sight of how important each and every one of our partners are to us.

CX Day is the perfect opportunity for our team to come together for a customer experience focused lunch where team members share stories about our client partners and the exciting, oftentimes challenging, projects we are working on with them. These stories will help every person, at every level of the company, understand the value our partnerships bring to the organization and appreciate how hard we all work to bring our partners creative ideas to life.

 

And what’s a celebration without cake? While we indulged, we also celebrated this year’s CX MVP Jim Bixler who is the first point of contact many of our partners have with our organization. Jim really sets the tone  and manages the expectation for the experience our clients will have with us from day one, and he’s amazing at it!

We’re not only celebrating our customers by honoring them internally, we also reached out and personally thanked them with a handwritten card. Nothing fancy, no gimmicks, just a simple sincere thank you from us to them.

We realize that great customer experience extends far beyond one day – this is a marathon, not a sprint – and we’re committed to it for the long haul. Going above and beyond is what  sets us apart from the many other options our partners have when considering their projects and who they want to team up with.  We want to continue to be the partner they choose, not only because they know we will achieve a successful outcome but also because we will deliver on our promise to provide them with a world-class experience along the way.
